The new version 4.20 of the DSA runtime system PRODIS.WTS for the aftersales area supports service employees in the fast troubleshooting and subsequent efficient repair.
The increasing complexity of vehicle electronics complicates the search for possible error causes. The new Repair Assist feature integrates the information needed to identify the problem, e.g. schematics, technical drawings, etc., directly into the aftersales diagnostic sequences.
Repair Assist makes interactive document search possible. For example, error code/DTC or component descriptions are used to search for vehicle-specific documents needed to repair the vehicle.
In addition, documents can be filtered vehicle-specific via the interactive search. Thus, service employees are only shown documentations that are relevant to the vehicle currently being tested.
