The countdown has started. In just a few weeks over 400 exhibitors and more than 9000 visitors will meet at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center for the 18th Automotive Testing Expo Europe. From May 21st to the 23rd, you can convince yourself at the DSA booth of our innovative product novelties on the subject "Diagnostics in the Digital Factory". We will show you how you can make the processes for vehicle configuration and diagnosis fit for the digital future and how to work on the pulse of time. How about, for example, the use of augmented reality?
Augmented Reality for Vehicle Production
One highlight of our trade fair appearance is our DSA application for the Microsoft HoloLens. Interactive 3D projections in the immediate environment guide the production employee through the picking process in the line and informs him about vehicle parts to be picked. A provided pick-list informs checks the correct abstraction through the comparison of the part numbers. In addition to the considerable time saving and the improved documentation, a digital processing of the results is available.
Besides the digitization of the worker, our solutions for electronic assembly control include the integration of external systems. The PRODIS system is able to connect with a variety of external device types, such as an electric screwdriver. M2M communication assists the production employee during assembly, eliminates human error sources and reduces production times many times over.
Can you hardly wait to test tomorrow’s technologies? Then visit us from the May 21st to the 23rd at booth 8448 and convince yourself in a live demo of our solutions. For an appointment and free tickets please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We are looking forward to your visit!
