High-performance software update terminal HPC.flash
Modern vehicle system architectures with in-vehicle high-performance computing units (HPC-ECUs) imply the flashing of high data volumes in vehicle production - the transfer of double-digit gigabyte quantities to these ECUs will be necessary in the near future. Find out on site about the high-performance DSA flash station, which can be equipped as a stand-alone solution for 10-fold parallel software updates or as a cluster solution with an almost unlimited number of slots. See also how the compact and handy Smart Edge Device DE-4 can be used as a stand-alone flash solution, enabling flash operations over the entire vehicle assembly.
Intelligent circulation test system for production: Smart Diagnostic Grid
Have a look at a digital vehicle production plant in the next section of our vehicle lifecycle tour, where the DSA circulating test system Smart Diagnostic Grid controls the entire configuration and diagnostic process in the virtual plant. Get an insight into remote production, where OEMs can dynamically realize intelligent circulations and effectively use longer hanging times along the production line for diagnostics.
Over-the-Air update campaigns in aftersales: PRODIS.OTA
As another outstanding highlight of our show, we will present our solution PRODIS.OTA, which is used to design and execute software update campaigns for vehicle fleets. We will show you how campaigns are created with the lifecycle management system PRODIS.LCM and how they are distributed to the workshop and over-the-air as updates. You can follow the distribution of the software updates and their results live. PRODIS.LCM ensures that the regulatory requirements for a software update management system are met.
