Diagnosis of High Performance Computers (HPCs) - DSA with presentation at the Conference on Diagnostics, Dresden

On May 17-18, 2022, DSA will be part of the Dresden Conference on Diagnostics, the industry event for experts in diagnostics and vehicle systems. Manufacturers, service providers and suppliers, as well as representatives from research institutions, will spend two days exchanging views on new developments in standards for testing, inspection, and diagnostics in E/E-Systems, and discuss the challenges they pose for the industry.

DSA presents the changes resulting from the introduction of HPCs for diagnostics. In order to be able to realize approaches such as the Software Defined Vehicle and Service Oriented Architectures, the installation of new functions in the vehicle life cycle is necessary. Dr. Boris Böhlen and Dr. Oliver Meyer from DSA will present this process in their conference paper. They will explain the requirements for the diagnosis of HPCs. It will be shown how the existing mechanisms can be transferred to HPCs in order to consider the special conditions of an HPC architecture. Furthermore, it will be explained how the solutions and concepts presented can be transferred to an SOVD interface in such a way that standardized vehicle diagnostic is possible.

Listen to the presentation of our experts on the first day of the event, May 17th, at 3:20 pm. We look forward to answering your questions and to a lively discussion.
