Meet us on October 16th and 17th at this year's international ELIV (Electronics in Vehicles) congress in Bonn.
On the second day of the conference, DSA Managing Director Dr. Ansgar Schleicher will talk about a new diagnostics standard for the next generation of high-performance computing electronic units at 11:45 in the lecture hall "Wien". Under the title "Service-oriented HPC Communication Standard for Vehicle Life Cycle Management", Mr. Schleicher will present new possibilities for the future communication access to the Connected Vehicle.
Service Oriented Vehicle Diagnostics
The architecture of vehicle on-board networks is changing rapidly. New functions, like Car2X, ADAS and autonomous driving require the execution of highly complex application level software within the vehicle. Today's diagnostic standards are unable to match this high software complexity.
Hence, the next generations of vehicles will be a combination of regular Electronic Control Units (ECU) and high-performance controllers (HPC). These combined architectures result in new challenges regarding the management of the vehicle lifecycle, which includes the diagnosis, repair, (re-)coding and flash re-programming.
You can also make direct contact with our solutions like our newly developed Connected Vehicle Platform, our Lifecycle Management Portal and our products for service-oriented vehicle diagnostics in the accompanying exhibition. We look forward to your visit at our booth #130!
