The last boxes for the automotive testing expo are packed. In one week, we unveil exciting DSA system and product innovations and present you innovative solutions that help automotive manufacturers on their way to an efficient, paperless factory.
Nowadays, there is a multitude of different possibilities for flashing, configuring, calibrating, setting up and diagnosing vehicles or their control units in vehicle production lines. DSA offers a diagnostic software stack for a wide range of operating concepts, in which the aspects of a test client are distributed among different components. Our solutions take you steadily one step further in the direction of the digital future.
With regard to the all-in-one diagnostics tester, the DSA Multi-Function Tester MFT-3, the aspects
are integrated in one device.
While the Lean Diagnostics Edge (e.g. the DSA WDI-2X) is connected to the component for sequence execution via Wi-Fi and the sequence execution is running on a related hardware computer at the line or on a computer center on a virtualized tester, the circulating tester Smart Diagnostics Edge (e.g. the DSA smartMDI) can autonomously run test procedures. The user interaction can be done with both circulation testers via the DSA handheld terminal RCU or also via smart glasses or tablets.
For the connected vehicle, however, the vehicle’s on-board computer contains the VCI (On-Board Diagnostics Edge). Depending on the performance, the execution of diagnostic scopes on the on-board computer is also possible. The user interface (HMI) can be, in addition to conventional display devices such as line monitors, tablets or the DSA handheld terminal RCU or an AR / a VR glasses.
You would like to know more about our DSA diagnostic software stack in different operating concepts? Then visit us at the booth 8448 from May 21st to 23rd—We will gladly take the time to inform you individually about our solutions. Please arrange an appointment with us and request your free entrance tickets via firstname.lastname@example.org! We can hardly wait to welcome you in Stuttgart!
