PRODIS.PlantHUB – The central control component for circulation test systems

At various trade fairs, e.g. the testing expos in Stuttgart and Novi/USA, we already took along the new DSA server backend PRODIS.PlantHUB and presented our booth visitors different live demos.

Is the VCI correctly plugged into the vehicle in line areas where this is intended?
Which test plan must be carried out when the vehicle X enters the cycle Y?
Which testers are available or currently active and with which VCI are they connected?

PRODIS.PlantHUB, our central control component for circulating test systems in automotive production, enables comprehensive monitoring and control of production environments in the plant.

If a test client consists of several individual components, PRODIS.PlantHUB ensures that the right test plan and the right components are assigned to each test location—and this at the right time. PRODIS.PlantHUB monitors all diagnostic components and their current status. At the same time, the control component tracks the position information of the vehicles in the plant and knows exactly which VCI is plugged into which vehicle.

PRODIS.PlantHUB shows the testing state of each vehicle directly on the line overview and allows to compfartably start diagnosing an error using PROSIS.Insight.
