Authoring Tool PRODIS.Authoring
PRODIS.Authoring is our authoring tool for the creation of internationalized maintenance and repair processes in the after-sales area. In addition, the tool is used to process and manage vehicle data, e.g. ODX information, schematics and repair instructions.
Description of PRODIS.Authoring
The web-based approach of the PRODIS.Authoring system allows a globally located team of vehicle specialists to jointly create diagnostic processes for the workshops. The integrated version management system of the central PRODIS.Authoring Server ensures a constantly updated and synchronized data status in the background, which is available to all PRODIS.Authoring Clients. Other strengths include the detailed variant management, the versatile translation management and the efficient development of test cycles through integrated graphical debuggers and simulators. The included version management system and a release management allow the compilation of maintenance and repair processes to a diagnostic package (e.g. for delivery to brand-specific dealerships). In addition, reproducible work results are possible, thus supporting quality management.
For the off-highway sector, we offer standard applications such as our DSA ISOBUS Checker which ensures multivendor compatibility of the electrical and electronic components.
In the commercial vehicle sector, PRODIS.Authoring enables management of multiple platforms, advanced variation and data management. Moreover, the tool allows the signal-based authoring as well as the reduction of data volume. PRODIS.Authoring also supports standard applications for WWH-OBD-II.
