As an Assistant of the Management Board, you are close to the pulse of events, and you help to shape the future of DSA at first hand. Your Tasks

  • By organising and coordinating administrative tasks, you make sure that the day-to-day business runs smoothly and thus effectively relieve the management.
  • You will carry out specific research and analyses (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Your tasks also include the organisation and creation of high-quality, recipient-oriented presentations and documents in German and English.
  • You will organise meetings and workshops with responsibility for their preparation and follow-up.
  • Another area of responsibility is the monitoring and follow-up of cross-divisional and cross-company topics.
  • You will support the management on confidential issues as well as ad hoc topics.
  • In addition, you will support the management independently with strategic projects and research.

Your Profile

  • You have an academic education, ideally in the fields of management, strategy and corporate development, business administration or a comparable degree.
  • You already have practical experience in a comparable position or strong enthusiasm and commitment for the position.
  • You are characterised by a strong focus on goals and implementation.
  • You have very good communication skills, you are a team player and you have an organisational talent.
  • You understand that being reliable and sensible about responsibility and confidentiality are the keys to success.
  • The professional use of common MS Office applications is a given for you.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
