As an Assistant of the Management Board, you are close to the pulse of events, and you help to shape the future of DSA at first hand. Your Tasks

Supporting the executive management in the further development of corporate strategy, organisation and processes:

  • Conducting target-oriented research and analyses (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Preparing and producing high-quality, recipient-oriented presentations and documents in German and English.
  • Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops.
  • Effectively supporting the management by organising and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business.
  • Assistance as well as the follow-up of cross-departmental and cross-company topics.
  • Supporting confidential and ad-hoc topics of the executive board.

Your Profile

  • You have an academic education, ideally in the fields of management, strategy and corporate development, business administration or a comparable degree.
  • You already have practical experience in a comparable position or strong enthusiasm and commitment for the position.
  • You are characterised by a strong focus on goals and implementation.
  • You have very good communication skills, you are a team player and you have an organisational talent.
  • You understand that being reliable and sensible about responsibility and confidentiality are the keys to success.
  • The professional use of common MS Office applications is a given for you.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
