Coding challenges at the DSA Kids' Day 2024

At this year's DSA Kids' Day on 25 April 2024, children aged 10 to 16 once again visited DSA and explored the world of programming.

With the support of the coaching team, the kids familiarised themselves with the development environment and the Prolog programming language in order to solve various challenges. Depending on their age and level of knowledge, the children approached the tasks differently and achieved remarkable results. At the end of an intensive day of programming, it was clear that everyone involved - the children and the supervising trainees - had once again enjoyed the Kids' Day, which had given the young guests an exciting insight into the world of programming.

The idea behind DSA Kids' Day is to give younger and older children an insight into the world of work at DSA. The children taking part are mostly children of DSA employees, but their friends and other guest children are also very welcome at future Kids' Days.
