Via an efficient data integration component (ETL), PRODIS.Skylyze collects data from production, after-sales workshop networks as well as vehicles equipped with connectivity solutions. Depending on the analysis task and used data sources, PRODIS.Skylyze supports both traditional on-premises IT infrastructures and cloud infrastructures and services.

With PRODIS.Skylyze it is possible to analyze vehicle diagnostic data coming from production, from worldwide workshop networks or from vehicles equipped with our connectivity solution. Vehicle-specific or fleet-relevant irregularities are identified, such as a significant increase of error patterns (DTCs) and their correlation with relevant parameters such as specific vehicle configurations, geographical or climate data. The data can be used individually for predictive maintenance concepts on vehicles or production plants by applying corresponding mathematical models.
