Our MFT-5 is the allrounder for the diagnosis, parameterization and programming of electronic control units.

The MFT-5 communicates with the test system via WiFi-6E-connection or via the integrated IR-interface. The fast WiFi connection of the device and the high battery capacity provide for independent use. Large amounts of data can be transferred very quickly via the Gigabit Ethernet connection. Large data volumes can be transferred easily via the charging station with 2,5 Gbit/s Ethernet-Connection. The pinout of the OBD interface of the MFT-5 can be configured to customer specifications.

In the off-highway sector the Multi-Function-Tester MFT-5 is used in the entire end-of-line area, e.g. in the roller test bench. Placed on the steering wheel of the machine to be tested, the MFT-5 performs diagnostic communication with the ECUs, test bench control and test program execution, as well as operator guidance.

In the automotive sector the Multi-Function-Tester MFT-5 is used in the entire end-of-line area, e.g. in the roller test bench. Placed on the steering wheel of the vehicle to be tested, the MFT-5 performs diagnostic communication with the ECUs, test bench control and test program execution, as well as operator guidance. In the line, the MFT-5 enables a continuous test of the build status. In early build stages, ECUS can be programmed (flashed) and configured depending on the order options of the vehicle.
