Java Architect (m/f)
for our office in Shanghai/China

You have successfully completed your graduate degree and also have at least 5 years of work experience as Java developer.

You are experienced in the documentation of requirements, development of technical concepts, IT architectures and application designs as well as the technical management of Java developers.

You have high level communication and organisation skills, value the contact with customers and systematically follow project targets regarding quality, adherence to schedules and rentability.

You are business fluent in written and spoken English. You are interested in working in China and preferably already gained experience in the Asian market.

You set great value on independent and permanent training within the Java Technologies environment.

You are familiar with most of the following technologies:

• Application Server and Servlet Container (WebLogic, Tomcat)
• GUI Technologies (SWT, JFace, Swing)
• Java Frameworks (Eclipse RCP, Swing, Struts)
• Java Persistence Technologies (EJB, JDO, Hibernate)
• Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, HSQLDB)
• Modelling Techniques and Model Driven Architecture Concepts (UML, OAW)
• Development Environments and Tools (Eclipse, Subversion, Ant, JProfiler, Load-Test-Tools, JUnit, JavaDoc)

The relocation to Shanghai would take place after a 12 - 18 month training phase in Aachen, acquainting yourself with our system and development process.
