PRODIS.RTS

DT2

PRODIS.RTS serves as a high-performance diagnostic runtime system for all application areas.

PRODIS.RTS is built in a platform-independent and modular manner. By varying the user interface and configuring the components correctly, its use spans application areas throughout the diagnostic life cycle (engineering, manufacturing and service).

PRODIS.RTS is applied successfully in automotive high-volume manufacturing plants with an overall capacity of more than 100.000 vehicles per day.

PRODIS.RTS is continuously adapted to new market needs. Recent extensions include the integration of an ASAM MCD-3D compatible diagnostic kernel PRODIS.MCD and an ASAM GDI driver stack.

Application Features

  • User interfaces for both the highly automated test applications in manufacturing and the more interactive usage in engineering and service areas
  • PRODIS.RTS components are distributable, which allows for a flexible deployment on all-in-one test devices (e.g. the DSA MFT product family) or distributed test environments (e.g. the DSA MDI/MDI-Host family or a PC/VCI card application).
  • Interfaces to drive peripheral devices and testbeds are integrated into PRODIS.RTS:
  • Module Test System MTS
  • Infotainment Check System ICS
  • Integrated Dynamic Test for complex tests on e.g. a chassis dyno or wheel aligner
  • Integration of the PRODIS.Control statistics module

System Benefits

  • Because of its lean architecture PRODIS.RTS is economical with system resources while retaining high-performance at the same time.
  • Full integration into the PRODIS suite: Diagnostic data and applications developed in PRODIS.Office or PRODIS.Authoring are interpreted or executed by PRODIS.RTS. In addition, it is the basis of the open engineering tester PRODIS.OET
  • PRODIS.RTS can be configured and updated comfortably through PRODIS.Control even remotely via internet.
  • Because of the integrated MCD-3D Kernel and the GDI driver stack, PRODIS.RTS is compatible to the following standards:
  • ASAM MCD-2D / ODX; ISO 22901
  • ASAM MCD-3D; ISO 22900-3
  • D-PDU API; ISO 22900-2
  • ASAM GDI 4.3.2
