Early in the New Year, the first ISO Taskforce meeting for the new standard OTX (Open Test sequence eXchange) was held at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg. OTX will permit the exchange of test sequence throughout the complete diagnostic process chain between diagnostic tools of different vendors and will be established as a partner standard to the well-established ODX (Open Diagnostic data eXchange).

During the first meeting, the establishment of the taskforce as well as the exchange of ideas for the standardization of OTX were the main focus. DSA was able to influence positively the meeting with an own presentation and will furtheron actively support the development of the standard.
