PRODIS.Control is the comprehensive management tool for the whole PRODIS system. It allows the central access to all relevant information concerning the test of vehicles in the assembly plants.

PRODIS.Control uses a state-of-the-art web-based user interface, which intuitively guides the operator through all tasks.

A sophisticated role and user management assigns individual rights to each user at logon time and guarantees maximum security.

PRODIS.Control is built with a modern architecture based on J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) and the JSP Framework.

This technology together with the support for all languages allows the administration of the PRODIS system from anywhere in the world.

Thanks to the modular concept (plug-in technology), PRODIS.Control can be customized to any stage of extension:

  • Checking and editing of vehicle option data
  • Checking and configuration of test equipment
  • Management and distribution of diagnostic applications and -data, incl. ODX files, projects and flash data containers
  • Check and analysis of test software
  • Collection, archival storage and analysis of test result data, comprehensive statistical reports
  • Support and assistance during adjustment of device and process configuration
  • Generation of test data and test limits for test stands (e.g. wheel aligner, headl. aiming)
